Christmas Break!!!!

So i must say one think IT'S CHRISTMAS BREAK! Yes I am excited I am home where I hail from which is wonderful. I have great friends and it is so much fun to be around. Even though I have been having fun I have been working. Working you say yes performing is work and it is fun. I love my job I really do I mean what more can you want when giving someone entertainment. You can also give them a chance to look at the arts. Performing is harder than it looks. I was watching the Ballet called the Nutcracker and I was so jealous because I want to be a better dancer. I mean I see these people perform like seven pirouettes at once it was awesome. I was very entertained by the performance i was watching. So I have done finals and it was a relief I was done. The hardest final I took surprised me because I loved the class. It was my Stage Makeup class. I did a makeup morgue and that took over 3 hours and the makeup itself took two hours. I mean I wanted to put the character on my face i wanted all the lines to be perfect. It was really tough I have looked at examples but I had to modify it to my face. I hope there will be an advanced makeup class next year that would be wonderful. I tried to attempt to do the character Jacob Marly from A Christmas Carol. For a dead character of the show he he hard to accomplish.

So Christmas break means lots of family and friends it is so glad to be back with people I love. I have been so happy to be with my friends and family It is so exciting. So my friends Alyssa Toscano and Liz Haight took me sledding and we had a really good time. Alyssa said I cannot skate at first I am like she will get the hang of it boy was I wrong. It was really funny she was scared she would fall. Yet of course she fell it was all laughs from there I love those two girls they make me extremely happy. I mean I was told I was Alyssa's Christmas present she doesn't know I am getting her something if it kills me to get her something I will also get Liz something. I hate being a poor college student but not to worry pay day is coming up from the theatre.

The one thing about this time of year is that you should have a good time. Take it easy I mean have fun at your job unless you really hate your job then i guess hate it. I also think that people just need to relax and it is the time to love and share gifts and whatever you have with people you love. Remember it is our God given right to be loved. I can't wait for Christmas and New Years its the time to start fresh and just have a good time and relax. Your friends and family are important so be there for every friend and family you have. I am thrilled to be home and have so many blessings Happy Holidays!!!!

88MPH Holiday concert!!

So recently here up at school we have been having a wonderful concert series. This includes the jazz band, symphonic band the choirs and of course 88MPH! I love the group i am with. It is so much fun I mean we have all good songs it was so cool how we had to arrange our piece. I had two of them and they were Livin on a Prayer by Bon Jovi and White Christmas performed by various artists. We all had a lot of fun, a lot of the members of the group were sick with this awful cough. Our poor Jeremy's voice was totally gone but still he had a wonderful time performing and he still sounded really good. I could not express my love for the group they are wonderful and so so talented all of them. I would not change the group it would break my heart if any of them left next semester which would be really sad. I know we will be missing one that means auditions will take place. It's not a bad thing people will just be missed.

So finals are coming up and i mean oh my gosh talk about rough and just stressing out to the ultimate level. I have friends thought that keep me through it. I love all my friends who support here at school or back home i mean it truly is a wonderful thing. I mean friends are so important that if you screw that up it is your loss. How much can I say I love my friends? Obviously not enough. I love them I would willing give my life. Not to be dramatic but it is true they are with me through thick and thin. I have truly been blessed with the gift of friends. Your friends are there to help you keep balance in your life, and also there to help you when you are in dire need. Friends you love to be around well at least I know i do.


So it's the holiday season ad can i just say one thing...... I LOVE EGGNOG!!!! yes this is true eggnog is my favorite holiday drink. I mean a lot of people don't like it i personally think it is awesome. I also love Christmas lights and Christmas music there is a time for all this Christmasy stuff, and the time is now. I got an invite to sing at several places which is an honor I was sorta flattered. But any who I have chosen to Sing O Holy Night for one of my pieces and Play a christmas medley I arranged. I will also be singing Ava Maria. I am really excited it is in this beautiful chapel at First United Methodist Church I love the setup the have there other than my church growing up. It is a wonderful place. They are always giving and caring and I would like to thank my grandmother for that. My family will be there which I am so excited. I just love the Holidays friends and food and more friends. I can't express how much I love the holidays! so Happy Holidays Everyone and Merry Christmas.
